Registration is now open for The Living Art Museum's Light Bazaar. For the third year in a row, we celebrate the shortening of the day by honouring the light. The bazaar opens on December 1st and members of the museum can register works for the bazaar from today until November 15th 2021. The frame is wide, as we know light appears in various shapes and forms,  and we welcome all works to the bazaar.

A total of 5 works can be registered for the bazaar, by filling out an electronic application form here.

If you have any questions about the registration, or the bazaar in general, please contact project(at)nylo.is. Please note that only members of the museum, who have paid the annual fee for 2021, can participate.

Registration for the Light Bazaar closes by midnight November 15th 2021.

On November 23rd and 24th, artists can bring works to the Living Art Museum, Marshall House. Nýló's staff and board then take care of the installation, and the bazaar will open Wednesday, December 1st 2021.

The bazaar is a fundraiser for our museum, but also a forum that reflects the strength and diversity of the members. The Light Bazaar will once again fill the entire exhibition space of the museum and additionally, as we did last year, a special website will be set up where all works can be browsed. As before, 60% of the proceeds of each sold work go to the artist, while 40% goes to the museum.
